I am proud to be recognized by Entrepreneur Middle East in its special edition, “100 Agents Driving UAE’s Property Market Resilience,” alongside some of the UAE’s most established brokers, founders and real estate professionals. For me, however, one detail makes this recognition especially meaningful: Abu Dhabi represents only a relatively small part of a list that is heavily dominated by professionals whose careers and businesses are primarily associated with Dubai.
At the same time, something interesting is happening across the UAE property industry. More Dubai-focused brokerages and advisors are beginning to look toward Abu Dhabi. And that makes this an important moment to represent the capital.
More Than a Real Estate Ranking
Entrepreneur Middle East created the inaugural list to recognize professionals who have demonstrated resilience through changing property-market conditions. The publication explains that the selection went beyond headline transaction numbers. It considered consistency over time, the scale and complexity of transactions, professional reputation, impact on clients and companies, and the ability to adapt as the market evolved.
Importantly, Entrepreneur Middle East also states that those selected were not contacted to pay for inclusion and were not informed beforehand that they would be featured. That makes the recognition particularly valuable to me because the principles behind it — consistency, reputation, adaptability and trust — are the same principles on which I have built my career in Abu Dhabi real estate.
Abu Dhabi Has a Small but Strong Presence Among the 100
Looking through the full Entrepreneur Middle East special edition, Dubai clearly has the largest representation.
Only a relatively small number of the featured professionals are clearly identified in their profiles as Abu Dhabi-based or strongly focused on Abu Dhabi real estate.

Entrepreneur Middle East does not provide an official emirate-by-emirate count, so I would not reduce the list to an exact Dubai-versus-Abu Dhabi percentage. What is clear, however, is that Abu Dhabi specialists form a comparatively small group within the 100. That makes being part of this group even more meaningful.
Dubai Real Estate Professionals Are Looking Toward Abu Dhabi
For many years, Dubai has been the UAE’s most internationally visible real estate market.
Today, that remains true — but Abu Dhabi is attracting significantly more attention.
We are seeing Dubai-based agencies broaden their reach into the capital, brokers adding Abu Dhabi developments to their portfolios, and investors increasingly comparing opportunities between Dubai and Abu Dhabi rather than focusing on only one emirate.
Even the Entrepreneur Middle East list reflects this trend. This does not mean Dubai is losing its position. It means Abu Dhabi is becoming too important to overlook.
Why Abu Dhabi Is Becoming Harder to Ignore
Abu Dhabi today offers a very different property landscape from even a few years ago. Saadiyat Island continues strengthening its position as one of the UAE’s premier luxury and cultural destinations. Yas Island has evolved into a major residential and investment market alongside its world-class entertainment offering. Hudayriyat Island is creating a new generation of ultra-premium villa communities. Jubail Island has developed into one of Abu Dhabi’s most distinctive low-density waterfront destinations. Al Reem Island remains an important apartment and investment market, while emerging destinations continue expanding the range of opportunities available to local and international investors.
This growing diversity is naturally attracting more buyers, developers — and real estate professionals — toward Abu Dhabi.
Why Local Abu Dhabi Experience Matters
More competition is positive for any growing market. But selling property in Abu Dhabi and truly understanding Abu Dhabi are not the same thing. Every community has its own buyer profile, supply dynamics, developer positioning and long-term investment characteristics.
A Saadiyat Island property should not be evaluated in exactly the same way as a Yas Island apartment, Hudayriyat villa or Al Reem Island investment.
That is where experience becomes important.
I have spent more than 11 years working within Abu Dhabi real estate, advising clients through different market cycles and across some of the capital’s most important communities.
Good property advisory is not simply about asking:
“Is this a good project?”
It is about asking:
Is the entry price right?
Is this the right unit?
How much future supply is coming?
Who will rent it?
Who will buy it from you later?

While many of the UAE’s most prominent real estate professionals built their reputations primarily in Dubai, more attention is now turning toward Abu Dhabi. More brokerages are expanding here. More agents are exploring the market. More international investors are considering the capital. I believe Abu Dhabi’s representation in future UAE real estate rankings will only become stronger.
